See also More Teeth than the Osmond Family when they have a lot of teeth in addition to them being pointed.
This shows up primarily in animated or drawn works, but a character is depicted as having teeth that are much sharper and more pointed than they should have (possibly with excessively enlarged canines) to indicate that the person is dangerous.
For example, in Black Lagoon Roberta's Blood Trail, the titular Roberta is depicted as having wolf-like fangs to indicate how psychotic she's become.
