This kind of problem often come from a discrepancy between the actual wikiword used when submitting the custom title, and the one put on pages.

Otherwise, it can happen that a glitch remove the proper custom title. It was frequent a while back; it's getting much rarer, but I guess it's still possible. In this case, all there is to do is re-submit the custom title, while being prudent with the wikiword of the current page.

There's a bug report about it here

The title is coming through the custom title request as Fivenightsatfreddysvrhelpwanted. Seems like a case of improper capitalization that will need to be cut and restored with the correct capitalization, unless we want people to be curly bracketing as {{Fivenightsatfreddysvrhelpwanted}}.

The issue with that, however, is that's already been done.

When the page was first made, it was originally made in all lowercase letters. I submitted the cut request for it and, if I'm remembering correctly, its YMMV page, then remade them properly, I thought.

The related page link is currently https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/relatedsearch.php?term=VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddysVRHelpWanted, and those always reflect the name of the work, iirc.

Of the ones I mentioned, though, the default title according to the wiki word option is capitalized exactly how I typed it.

It may not have been that way originally though. If I'm understanding the bug report linked correctly, this is a side effect of the pages originally being made with improper capitalization, being given a custom title, then being cut and remade with correct capitalization.
