If we only have one page, then either the first installment title or the series title can be the page name. The other titles are supposed to be redirects to the page so that we can make wicks directly to the second/third installment instead of implying that those events occur in the first book.

I don't want a repeat of the Gamebooks fiasco, so I'll ask here first. The Curse of the Blue Figurine is only the name of the first book; the actual series is Johnny Dixon. Should it be renamed to the latter?
