Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
What's the name of the work?
"It's just a show; I should really just relax"If you're making a page for a fancomic, it should be at Webcomic, not Fanfic.

No, you misunderstand, I already went there, read that I had to rewrite the URL and THEN get redirected to nonsense. That's why I need help, I've already read the theory but it isn't working in practice.
Oh, and it's called "Where Was My Hero...?".

Are you sure? I mean, it's a Sonic fanwork, Ya certain it shouldn't be classified as a fan fiction, no matter what format it is in?
According to Namespace, the Fanfic/ namespace is for text-based fan works only, yes.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.Mew seems to have figured this out; Webcomic.Where Was My Hero.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here. It's a bit weird... The link in the description is not to a webcomic, but to a youtube video. Perhaps the namespace should be WebVideo/?
~@Mew 1996: The page needs to be indexed. The work page has issues with Spoiler Policy (no completely spoiler-tagged trope examples, trope name included; no spoiler-tagging in the description) and Zero-Context Example.
Edited by XFlloThere are enough issues with the page, as currently written, that I copied the text over to Sandbox.Where Was My Hero and added the original to the Cut List.
Link to TRS threads in project mode here.Alright, so the Creator's gallery on DeviantArt has a few concept sketches and images uploaded, but the comic itself is only published online on YouTube, and embedded in posts on other websites. This means that for our purposes, the original medium is cartoon, more specifically it belongs in the Web Animation namespace, overlapping with Fan Animation and Limited Animation (due to the slideshow presentation of frames). First launched in December 2018 with Germany as the original country.
I'm convinced that the OP is also the Creator, so The Fic May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours and Troper Works apply. Link to TRS threads in project mode here.
Mew, you definitely want to watch out for Zero-Context Examples; the page is littered with them.
Current Project: The TeamMew and I have been trading messages over this page.
Is Web Animation the correct namespace? I'm honestly not sure. (Also, Mew says s/he's a fan, not a creator.)
Yes, I'm confident about the category. It's hand-drawn art with a slideshow presentation published on the internet. Although the author basically used a rate of 1 frame per minute, that rate could have been played with (half a minute for one panel, five minutes for another). Webcomics would be publishing a (generally) static image, and Fanfic would be publishing in a written medium.

I want to be sure before I try recreating the page.
Also, I just put "Webcomic" because at the time Crossover-Enthusiast said that it was and I just rolled with it.
I mean, just look at it: It's a Sonic Fan Work, formated as a comic and uploaded as a video.
That makes it a nightmare to categorize.
I been trying to create a work page about a fan comic that's really good in my opinion, but when I try to create the red link I just get redirected to Fanfic/Fanfic and it's really starting to annoy me because my computer not working is a Berserk Button for me, albeit a lesser one. Can someone help me, please?
