It is best to report the offending troper. In this case, it was Tropers.Veronchung 27 who uncommented the ZC Es. I've sent a message to them.
Aside from uncommenting the ZC Es, I have not found an other instances of rule breaking.

Can a mod revert BigBad.Live Action Films Number To M, up to the last edit by Demon Duck Of Doom? A user undid all of the ZCE-cleanup done on that page, after having waited all of an hour from asking where all the examples went on the discussion page. I guess to be fair there was no ZCE tag added where one should have been, but...
