Funnily enough, I read about this just the other day. Unless you're talking about a different but similar incident, it was Lorraine Bracco and the artist was Salvador DalĂ.
I remember reading on a page a What Could Have Been about an actress who was approached by either a famous artist or photographer when she was a young woman who thought she'd be the perfect muse and I believe wanted her to pose nude, but turned him down because she just thought he was a creepy old man. But I'll be darned if I can remember which actress it was.
