If the story is self-aware of the potential fridge horror with her being physically handicapped due to injury in a zombie infested dying world and downright lampshades it I'd say this isn't an example.

EHE sort of requires a lack self-unawareness creating potential Unfortunate Implications or Fridge Horror that's never properly addressed.

If anything, that's more a Pyrrhic Victory.

Pyrrhic Victory would count if Clem survival cost more then what she gained. She lost a leg but the alternative was death. The price was more then reasonable considering the alternative was certain death.
