If the resemblance isn't intentional (or only intentional in the sense that they're using a similar constellation of archetypes and tropes) you have JustForFun.Surprisingly Similar Characters. Not a Trope, but still an amusing exercise in character analysis.

Essentially what the question says. If two characters from separate works are alike in many aspects, but it isn't a deliberate attempt on the author's part to import the character. They're essentially very similar but not an Expy due to the second reason (which is kind of a bull idea in my opinion).
