Personally speaking, I see no point in listing out pages with their own icons (Awesome Music, Awesome, Funny, Tear Jerker, Fridge, Nightmare Fuel, Ho Yay) since they're always on the top banner. Other stuff might be shoved into a "More" dropdown menu.

Dropdowns already exist for other stuff with a lot of subpages, but I'm unsure why the text is there.

Remove it. As Brainulator 9 said, the header makes those indexes irrelevant.
Does that go for MK 11 and the other MK pages too?

I've always wondered about this myself if it were done on the fly or through some kind of "permission". I haven't seen this format on the site before (or since: hell, even an expansive universe like Game of Thrones doesn't have a format like that).
I can't deal with these forums; they anger up the blood too much.
I think it's kind of superfluous and adds too much clutter to the page.
Definitely remove those if they're redundant with the header.

I just found out that these headers are present on several of the ''Mortal Kombat pages (Funny, Trivia, Nightmare Fuel, etc.). Could I get some help in removing them?
I can help, but I gotta ask: what's with the Fridge Brilliance text on some of these mentioning that entries have to be signed? I thought that's only required for Fanfic Recs and Dethroning Moment Of Suck entries.
This is a personal moment for the viewer, so every example is signed by the contributor. If you start off with "This Troper", really, you have no excuse. We're going to hit you on the head.
I've never heard of that rule before.
Weird... well, I've put up any of the pages that have no examples in them to the Cut List, then I'll help with removing the top page indexing!
Edit: I've cleared the top page indexing from the Funny, Awesome, Nightmare Fuel, Fridge (also removed troper signatures and the Fridge Brilliance text mentioned here!), and Trivia subpages.

That's something we used to do but now don't. It turned moments pages into chat rooms. I don't remember if it was even a hard rule.
Tabs is mostly correct. Back in the day we did an effort to have such examples be signed but eventually we gave up on it.

AM_NK has been adding links to every single other subpage to YMMV pages, which gets ridiculously long when there's a lot of them and unnecessary when there's a few of them, especially since they're alreayd on the banners.
IE, over on YMMV.Jump Force there's "See also: Fridge | Funny Moments | Scrappy Mechanic | Unexpected Character".
