No, this is way before "I shouldn't be alive" was produced.
15 or 20 years ago, the Discovery Channel ran a survival series regarding survival stories in different climates/conditions. One was about Alan Cooper, who tried to drive his Morris car from Kenya north through the Sahara desert and died with some of his companions. The 2nd was a couple and their baby that got stuck in a snowstorm (after Hot-tubing) and left their car to find a ranger station and the wife died from eating snow in order to produce breast-milk. The 3rd was about Juliane Koepcke, the only survivor of a plane crash in the jungle and was rescued by a canoe. Another nights episode told the story of a family driving in an African desert and got a flat tire, were stranded and the husband was picked up by someone with a car that he got into an argument with, then when he finally got back, his family was dead from the heat. What is the name of this series and how can I view it again?
