Perhaps call the Fox News show article "The Five (Fox News)".
You'd have to create the initial page as "The Five Fox News" and request a custom title
to get the parentheses to work, though.
Disambiguating by year is also a common option, so Series.The Five 2019, just replace 2019 with whatever year the show started.
I'd prefer year-disambiguation in a case like this.

Is this show a fictional work? Don't see why we need an article for it, especially since it's, you know, Fox News.

In all seriousness, though, it looks like a talk show that discusses current events and controversies. I'm not familiar with the format so I can't say how much more tropable it is than say, an evening local news broadcast, but given the above I'd steer toward caution.
When two works of the same medium have the same name what do i do. im going to make a page for the fox news show The Five, but there is already a series called The Five. what am i supposed to do, these are both live action tv shows.
