Perhaps call the Fox News show article "The Five (Fox News)".

You'd have to create the initial page as "The Five Fox News" and request a custom title to get the parentheses to work, though.

Disambiguating by year is also a common option, so Series.The Five 2019, just replace 2019 with whatever year the show started.

I'd prefer year-disambiguation in a case like this.

Is this show a fictional work? Don't see why we need an article for it, especially since it's, you know, Fox News.

In all seriousness, though, it looks like a talk show that discusses current events and controversies. I'm not familiar with the format so I can't say how much more tropable it is than say, an evening local news broadcast, but given the above I'd steer toward caution.
