Thanks, but while that describes the kind of creature I mean, it's not about the scenario where there's only a handful of talking animals in a world without them.

Well, Funny Animal certainly covers it in an umbrella sense, but you're right that there doesn't seem to be a trope referring to a rare one that everyone just accepts (at least not that I can find at present). The closest I can find to what you're talking about is an edit under the Mr. Peabody & Sherman film which discusses Peabody as an Unusually Uninteresting Sight — Other than some Fantastic Racism, "The majority of characters in this movie don't seem to see anything weird about a talking dog who acts like a human." So Unusually Uninteresting Sight could cover it as well, but you could always head over to the Launch Pad and see if you can get any legs for some kind of Singular Funny Animal trope.
