Source, please? This would be the first article I'm aware of being officially designated a hybrid trope/trivia rather than being split.
Suddenly I'm... still rotating Fallen London in my mind even though I've stopped actively playing it.When I spoke with one of the tropers here on ATT regarding the End of an Age, rjd1922 said in a recent ATT
that he didn't think real life examples should be removed.
When I posted a potential example of this trope in the "Is this an example?" thread
, I learned that nothing out-of-universe qualifies for this trope; the relevant age which is ending must be an in-universe one

What about Dude, Not Funny! where the creators admit it? Or is that Old Shame or Creator Backlash?
Slightly off-topic, but does Dude, Not Funny!'s description really need that long list? The trope is IUEO, thus it's about what characters think is in poor taste, so due to that and Brevity Is Wit I feel that it should either be removed or moved to an Analysis page. I also think that everything before and after the list is fine.
