Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj was created by JJA Ferrans a couple days ago. In addition to being a stub without any tropes, they appear to have copied the description from Wikipedia or somewhere similar. In the history, you can see they removed a [1] tag, which is what wikipedia's reference links do when copy/pasted.
I had sent the troper a ZCE notifier about a month ago, but I'm more concerned that they tend to forget to put periods at the ends of sentences. See their edits in December; they do it a lot:
