We don't know if they're ban-evading yet. There are two other inquiries on the front page of ATT about Detestable, but no mod has commented on them yet.

They're still doing bad edits regardless, but I think that we should wait for a mod to chime in before going any further.

He's a ban-evader, there's no question about that. But as I said in the other thread, there's no point in removing his edits until the mods take care of him, and they're usually slow around the holidays.

As for the other question, obviously fanworks aren't worth mentioning on an original works page. tropes that apply to the fanwork go on its page, not on the page of a work where it doesn't apply.

They are a ban evader, yes. As for examples from fan works, those go on the page for the fan works, not the original work.
