yeah i think you solved yourself. i feel like every kids scene this.
I watched this movie when I was really young (2008-2010? but the film itself was probably older, it had decent graphics as far as I could tell though and it was definitely in colour) so my memory is pretty vague of it, but here goes anyway. I think it was Asian, possibly Japanese. Might not have been but that's my guess. It was live action, by the way, it couldn't have been an animated one. The plot had something to do with a boy who had a bundle of balloons and kept losing them over the course of the movie, pretty sure the last scene had him looking up or sth while the last balloon flies into the sky. There was a bicycle scene in there somewhere. Iirc it was a mostly silent film, help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Flight Of The Red Balloon might be it, not sure though.
