You can change the namespace in the address bar of your internet browser or create a ink somewhere with the right namespace like Funny/ArifuretaShokugyoudeSekaiSaikyou And go to that page.
The page can then be created like any other page (the page type and color is automatic) and once that's done add to the appropriate index

You replace the namespace in the URL, in this case Literature, with the namespace of the page you want to make. This would be Funny.Arifureta Shokugyoude Sekai Saikyou.
Since I've made the link, you can now click on it and start editing from there.

So I've been doing so work on the Arifureta Shokugyoude Sekai Saikyou and wanted to add a funny moments page but the option isn't in the +page list of pages to add. I noticed that those pages seem to be on the sugar wiki and pink, so is something specific I have to do?
