That's the one. Thanks jormis.
So basically, I'm trying to remember the name of this film. In it, a woman takes her daughter to star in a play where all the children are dressed up as faeries. Her mother cannot find her afterwards and goes from nervously calling her name to outright ripping the masks off other children's faces in an effort to see if they are her daughter. With it established that her daughter has been kidnapped, the police are called but all they find are the wings from the little girl's costume tied eerily to a post. The culprit was a man named Vivian. He often sings a song called "Don't sit Under The Apple Tree with Anybody Else but Me." and as stupid as it sounds there was a nursery rhyme about how his father was a dollar and his mother was a song. In the end, the woman finds Vivian and is ultimately killed by him but upon being killed, she reunites with her daughter.
