It's unlocked.
It looks like it was a leftover bug from the 1.8 update, where pages would occasionally lock for no real reason. The bug has mostly died down, but I still see it pop up once in a while.
For future reference, if you see a page that seems to be locked for no apparent reason, you can fix it yourself by clicking on the "History" tab, and then clicking on "Edit Page" from there. If you cancel out of the edit, then the page should be unlocked. (And if it's still locked, then it was probably a page that was locked deliberately.)
Characters.Death Battle Season Five is edit locked. If I try to edit it from the history page, I'm taken back to the main page.
