You're not the only one annoyed when people go against long-established formatting style rules, no. Long-form works get italics, and short-form works get quotations.

As for who hates the new site layout... we're not going back, so it's a moot point.

Suddenly I'm... still rotating Fallen London in my mind even though I've stopped actively playing it.

Mods, out of curiosity, does making a thread just to bitch and whine with a side-order of overly-pretentious Word Cruft endear a person to you?

No reason, just wondering.

If you have a specific example, we'll be more than happy to take a look at it. If it is as simple as work titles in the wrong format then you can go ahead and change it yourself. If you can spot edit which made it, go ahead and send that troper a notifer, or report them here and the mods will look into it.

As for the new format, if you are encountering a specific bug then there is a bug reporting thread in the forum. If not, then there isn't much we can do for you here. I suggest just keeping on using the wiki as normal, and you'll eventually get used to it. As far as website changes go, this is pretty minimal really so I don't see the problem.

As noted above, italics in that case is not proper formatting according to the text formatting guidelines.

But Repair, don't Complain: if you encounter it just edit the page to fix it, citing the text formatting guidelines page in the edit reason. Or if it bugs you that much, you could even politely P.M. the other user to make them aware of it.

This is a fairly pointless query. As others have stated, you should correct errors, and bug reports should go to the appropriate forum thread. Posting in ATT just to complain is bad form.
