^ Uh, I think they were referring to the trope, not saying that the place was actually called that in the show.

What is this animated series?
It had a very surreal visual look and it was about an old gray-haired lady who lived in a city. She had a pet cat, except that it was green, barked like a dog and the lady could understand its speech. In every episode there was some person who had some problem in their lives. The cat, who was allowed to move about the city freely on the rooftops, would meet this person and find about his/hers problem and tell about it to the lady. And then the lady would solve the problem with the help of her cat and her gentleman friend, who was some kind of inventor.
Some episodes I remember about the show: One had an animator who was under a lot of stress and had lost his passion for his job. In an other episode there was a talking pig who was a celebrity or something, and didn't like his fame. And a third one I remember was about a dictator of some Ruritania, who was lonely or something.
