If it's what's being used by the official translation, and until a future anime using western order muddies the waters with "last translation wins", I'd say yes, swap the names. Maybe include an edit reason and/or commented out note detailing why it's being done this way

EDIT: Thinking about it, I could see this going both ways. Western order is preferred on the site in general, I think, but official translations are usually the preference with foreign works. I'm inclined to stick with my initial assessment, though I might not make a big deal of it if I saw a cross-wick with western order.

The anime will start to air within 2 weeks, and it's likely to be subbed in English. I don't think we should take the crosshairs regarding the "last translation" bit; my worry is whether the source media has priority.

I don't know what "take the crosshairs" means in this context.

In the past when we've had similar discussions, such as with My Monster Secret, the rule has been "most recent translation gets used. At the very least, that's been the ruling where titles are concerned, and I see no reason not to extend that to other areas.

If the anime is indeed subbed in English simultaneous with its Japanese release, then its translation will be concurrent with the manga's translation, so there is no "most recent" translation.

I'd guess the source media (the manga) would take priority here.

^ The anime is indeed subbed (and dubbed) simultaneous with the Japanese release, which makes the potential of three concurrent translations.

Since new issues rose after discussion with other editors on that page, I have started a thread at Wiki Talk on this issue.
