I am going to guess The Twilight Zone season 2 episode entitled The Odyssey of Flight 33
. The shot of the dinosaur is famous enough that it's the screenshot shown in TOW's article. But it's a group of passengers huddled around an airplane window looking out.
I can't imagine what elevation a woman's house would have to be at for the scenario you're remembering to work...
Edited by SunBadI found the scene from that episode on Youtube. It's possible that I saw this episode and have a very distorted memory of it, but I have my doubts. I remember the dinosaur being shabby stop-motion like in this episode, but seen at a very different angle. And of course I remember a woman seeing it and reacting in horror, although there's the possibility that I'm conflating it with the Twilight Zone episode where the tiny aliens are running around Agnes Moorehead's house.
So yeah, this might be it, but probably not.

I have this scene in my mind and it's bugging me that I can't remember what movie or TV show it came from. A woman looks out her door and sees that the neighborhood has been replaced with a prehistoric landscape, and a sauropod is looking up. I think it was in black and white.
