I wouldn't say so. I don't think the wiki forces Naturalized Names to be used, and it is someone's name so it would be similar to Translating the Loanwords, Too

I personally understand the translation rules as applied to anime, see for example the Sailor Moon query below. My question is this: does the rule also apply to name order, and name order alone?
Specifically: Manga.New Game and associated pages were mostly written when its anime were subtitled by Crunchyroll, and the names were in Western order. Seven Seas Entertainment released their manga translation about 3 weeks ago, but the characters' names are in the Eastern order.
Seven Seas' version would be the most recent translation, and being in the source media is an extra plus. But does the translation rule extend to name order?
