Sadly, I remember almost nothing about it. I can venture to say that the art style wasn't very visually impressive. I'm pretty certain it was a gag-a-day style webcomic with no real central message or anything. And I think I may be remembering the line slightly wrong. I also know that it was up Feb 10th of this year.
And it isn't MS Paint adventures. It was long as in one long rectangle of a comic that you had to scroll through.

Anything by KC Green? (I'm thinking Gunshow) ot maybe http://www.picturesforsadchildren.com/
Pictures for sad children?
Both of them occassionally have long strips and their art is simple.
xkcd also has some pages that make use of Infinite Canvas (you should check that trope, also).

I was browsing a webcomic, and most of its comics didn't seem particularly deep, but suddenly there was an enormously long comic that was super deep and really made me think. The only line I can remember from it is "The things which we call alive are those most like ourselves" or something to that effect. I'm pretty sure it was in black and white, and that it wasn't a story-based webcomic.
