I think I saw this in an Everything is Terrible compilation, and if you’re right it is bizarre. The character was called Corny aka Capricorn and he was an alien, it was a stranger danger video called Get Street Smart, is this it? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rR66RCdoApo
The way the world is, I think a silly evening in the theatre is a good thing, to take our minds off terror. -Tim CurryOMG YES, thank you so much, it's unbelievable to me that someone actually knew. I gotta say, it's not that scary as I thought it was, but I was a little kid so, yeah hahaha... You really did me a huge favor, I was starting to think I would never see this again in my life.
You are so welcome! Glad you found it.

Once upon a time when I was in elementary school (Honey Hollow Elementary in California), a teacher played a video for us in a class. I am not sure it was from a tv show, or if it was a Direct to Video educational short film. The only thing that I remember is that it featured some kind of live action orange creature, and I think the objetive of the tape was to show us the consequences of doing bad things. This orange creature (Maybe yellow) was put in a situation, suddenly, the frame would pause, and while the creatures face was paused, some kind of narrator would ask us what we think that he should do. And then the video would resume and we would see him do the wrong thing, and then the right thing.
It was kind of bizarre, and I have wanted to see it again. I literally went through a whole list of kids show from Wikipedia one by one, to see if I found it. The only thing that kind of looked similar was The Amazing Live Sea Monkeys, it reminds me slightly, because they're orange creatures and it has this bizarre feeling through it, but as I went through the episodes, I cam to the conclusion that it wasn't what I was looking for. Anybody have any idea what video I am talking about?
