If they're published, sold works, they are not Fan Fic. They are simply Literature like any other printed, published work. There Is No Such Thing As Notability — just make the articles, trope 'em, index 'em, and wick 'em. It is useful if you put them in the Literature namespace to begin with, though.
As for what you call them, use their published titles, because that's how people will search for them.
That said, if there is some kind of Expanded Universe style continuity established by these works, it might be worth having a single article to collect that information. Maybe Pride And Prejudice Expanded Universe or something.

I would suggest adding a listing of them to the original.
I think this might be a unique case, so I'm seeking guidance here. Pride And Prejudice has spawned a metric ton of Continuation stories. I wanted to put a list of them somewhere. But...where? Also, what do I call these stories? Continuation on this wiki is defined as Fan Fic, but these are professional works published in real books and sold in real bookstores for real money. Not Fan Fic by any stretch. Spiritual Successor doesn't seem to fit either. So my questions are:
1. Can I list these "sequels"?
