If they're published, sold works, they are not Fan Fic. They are simply Literature like any other printed, published work. There Is No Such Thing As Notability — just make the articles, trope 'em, index 'em, and wick 'em. It is useful if you put them in the Literature namespace to begin with, though.

As for what you call them, use their published titles, because that's how people will search for them.

That said, if there is some kind of Expanded Universe style continuity established by these works, it might be worth having a single article to collect that information. Maybe Pride And Prejudice Expanded Universe or something.
