This is an Inverted Trope of Turns Red, for starters. Plenty of examples on the page. They even have their own folder. Now then, for more specificity...
- If the boss remains weakened for the rest of the fight, represented by them using less flashy, more desperate attacks, it's a Combat Breakdown. For example, Rando begins his Final Boss fight in phases 1 and 2 with fire balls and martial arts and ends the fight in phase 3 scratching at you and wasting turns crying.
- If you're looking for a point where the boss becomes tuckered out momentarily and becomes vulnerable, but gets right back up afterwards, see Death or Glory Attack and Tactical Suicide Boss.
- If the boss is trying to do something flashy that winds up hurting them in the long run, like transforming into a monster which results in them getting weaker, see Clipped-Wing Angel.
- If the boss is supposed to be stronger, and is treated as such in-story (it's supposed to be a straight-up One-Winged Angel), but instead gets weaker because the programmers didn't think it through, see Anti-Climax Boss.
I hope that helps!

So Turns Red is the trope where the boss becomes more aggressive / powerful after reaching a certain HP threshold, or during special scripted occasions. What is the opposite of this trope?
I am looking for the trope where the boss enters a weakened state where it receives more damage from the players, and deals lesser damage to the player. It is usually when the boss has just reached the limit of its Turns Red status, where it can only go berserk for a limited time, and after that it will be very vulnerable for a certain duration.
