Eh, even if it turned out okay, Lunatic needs a warning not to do that. That was a full edit war; it only takes the three steps.

Hmmm, maybe. Definitely point them toward Administrivia.Edit War, with a note this applies even in cases where on poster is objectively correct.

I can't send the PM for some reason.

Just to note real quick, the reason I removed his addition was because while it was an opinion, Lunatic was saying something to the effect of "Rowan is a bigger Base-Breaking Character than Corrin, the most Base Breaker Lord in the series". It was an obvious Take That!, and one that had no business being there.

I'm not even sure if Corrin counts as "the most Base Breaker Lord in the series," considering how popular they are in popularity polls (especially Female Corrin). Regardless, it's definitely edit-warring, and it looks like it's from the same troper who was using WMG to complain about the game.

As you said, I corrected it. I did not intend to start an edit war there. It's just that I've seen that the negative opinions about Rowan goes far enough that some called him worse than Corrin, but I see that this was a bad thing to write. So, is "they call him the worst Lord" better?

First you need actual proof that there's very little middle ground in the fanbase. My experience with the Fire Emblem fanbase tells me that most people hear from a very vocal minority, and sometimes that vocal minority isn't even from the games' home country.

Also, I'm not sure the game's out long enough for any character to be definitively labeled a Base-Breaking Character.
