Alright, because this is the second time I saw the 25 years rule being used.

The 25 Years rule only applies for Real Life examples, like politicians or celebrities. If it's about what the characters did, I believe there's no set amount of time that needs to pass before an entry can be added. It should be a sufficient amount, but nowhere near as long for real life entries.
