Seems to be live action, so probably not... Perhaps you could try a list like this? https://www.mysterytribune.com/40-best-crime-drama-thriller-shows-netflix-2017-edition/
(Alternatively, I know it would take forever, but if you're really desperate perhaps try the wiki page of programs broadcast by netflix, see if any names sound familiar.) I hope you find it!
oh, it was a netflix pilot thing.
edit: nope, now I look I don't think it's called Containment, but similar premise. It's about a city with a vast quarantine zone in the middle, after a major bombing incident on New Year's eve, and it follows a number of people; one of them is a reporter, one of them is I think an ex-cop. The major scene that happens in the bathroom is that a woman (spoilers for gore) stabs her own eyes out.

It would have been about 2 years ago that I -think- it first aired, it was a Series and releasing the first Season. I watched it via Netflix. There was something like this black mold that seemed to be of importance and the culprit to people becoming violent though it was obviously something that would be explored more in the series and was a mystery in the first part. I remember two scenes: 1) One took place in an apartment of a couple, the male was becoming increasingly volatile. 2) A club where people seemed to be wearing masks (for some reason I remember a bunny) so maybe a costume party and something of importance happened in the (ladies?) bathroom like a fight or maybe even death. ANY IDEAS?!?!?!
