Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

Here's the edit history in question.
the Adorkable entry on the Arrowverse character page at least has become an edit war. Potentially involving multiple parties.
I'm suspending the other troper. However, the Adorkable entry as presented on that page lacks context and should stay removed. Since you correctly reported the issue here, I'm not issuing a suspension for you, arctichigh, but please do not re-add the example.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"What do you mean by lacks context? It wasn’t my entry but should I try to find another example from the show or leave it altogether?
I’ll re-add the other example as well if that’s alright.
And thank you everyone for being so patient. I didn’t want to cause more problems but I was aware that I was close to doing so anyway.
Every example should have enough context that it's easy to understand why that trope applies to that event, without the reader having to go anywhere else.
Edit warring: add-delete-add, delete-add-delete. The third step makes the edit war. It's normally a suspending offense, so be careful in the future.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettArctichigh: If you want more information about what is considered "Not enough context," you can read the page Administrivia.Zero Context Example.
Also, there's something strange about your apostrophes - at least on my computer, words such as "I'll" are displayed as a complete mess. Please make sure that you use a plain, straight, apostrophe and not the "smart quotes" characters or acute accent.
Seriously? (As in, this is a serious suggestion.) I have an iPhone, and pressing too long on a key can kick up a text balloon with alternate forms for that key. Leaning on the apostrophe gets me a total of four. ' ’ ‘
But wiki formatting and iPhone formatting don't always like to play nice where the weirder stuff is involved.

The troper Solfeggietto vandalising the Arrowverse Characters page in the Iris West entry, and this isn't the first time they've done it. After Barry proposed to Iris during the third season, they deleted anything that referenced Iris being intelligent, a part of Team Flash, nice, or being loved by Barry, and replaced them with lies (you'll have to click on the history of the page to see this) and a LOT of subjective opinion. I put them back and asked them not to use subjective opinion. A few weeks ago, they did the same thing, but again, I changed it back by pointing to examples on the show. The user has just done it once more, again without real justification and ignoring the show and the narrative itself. It's clear that for whatever reason they don't like Iris because they're ignoring examples that are on the show. I don't want to start an edit war and I've contacted them privately to see if they want to discuss it (they haven't responded yet), but I wanted to ask whether I should do anything else? I didn't put the example back because I feel we'd just get into an argument, but they're using the page incorrectly.
EDIT: here's the page
. Also, I apologise if I ALREADY contributed to the Edit War, and I'm fine if need to be suspended for it. I just want the page to be used correctly and I was aware that I was close to making the problem worse.
