This one I have very faint memories of, just got reminded after coming across Kamen Rider. There used to be this TV series that aired in Malaysia TV 3 or TV 2 in like 2008 or 7, It's a Japanese Live Action, it probably doesn't matter where it aired. Only a few things i can scratch off my head, about 2 best friends, possibly brothers also having Kamen Rider/Power Ranger abilities fighting off costumed goonies, they are dressed one in red armor and the other in blue armor (Tomica Fire Rescue like armor), i think they both had swords but the blue guy could shoot some sort of beam using the sword? Also i think the blue armored guy has a sort of power move that calls in a blue dragon. The evil goonies heads kinda looked like those twirly hallucination things and might be dressed in a slight black/purple (Those black and white pictures that keeps swirling inwards on and on) and the last thing I remember is that in plenty of episodes they have this end credit scene (When evil is defeated, happy ending, so and so they cut to this scene) where the evil goonies are (in a comedic fashion) are defending against the 2 guys in front of a goal post as the 2 guys try to shoot a freekick (Football/Soccer). The blue one runs ahead and feint kicks the ball (Fake kicks the ball) and the red guy kicks the ball for real coming right behind the blue guy and it lands a powerful strike on the goonies. That's the extent of my shitty memories. I really hope I get an answer for this, this show was a significant part of a very busy childhood back then. Also i think the red guy has a girlfriend (Friendzone level relationship) and is probably named Kudo?
