they are moving stuff on a fanfic recs page. Fanfic recs used to have loads of "comments" cluttering up the page, and those need to get shifted onto specific reviews pages. Loco Rocco is doing it properly.

check out the Fan Fic Recommendations index page to the new format for making a recommendation. The example you've given is from the Ranma page, just click on the "history" and you'll see.

I see, but I really doubt that those could be considered legitimate reviews. They are mostly very short and non-informative. All this is doing is moving the clutter somewhere else.

I agree Shortcake, I proposed nuking them all and just putting the review code in instead. Leave the original commenters to add in a review if they so chose, but apparently, no. It's part of the reason it has taken over a year to move so few pages onto the new format, be a lot quicker if we went with my suggestion.

Loco Rocco is doing it the correct way, just the correct way is a bit daft.
