Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help. It's not for everything, though. Send him a pm to ask why he took it off as well as to explain how ymmv entries work. If it's a difference of opinion, but otherwise a correct example it should stay. But there could be another reason he removed it. Best to ask before assuming.

Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but where and what's the wiki policy when it comes to deleting YMMV items?

YMMV item may be deleted if they:

1) Are false to fact; that is, if they say something that is demonstrably false about the contents of the work.

2) Violate the Rule Of Cautious Editing Judgement, or the wiki's rules about troping Real People.

3) Are Trolling or Hate Speech.

4) Are so poorly written that they are incomprehensible and cannot reasonably be cleaned up.

5) Are demonstrably not that trope. (Thanks, Candi. I knew I was forgetting one.

In addition, if they are demonstrably not that trope.

Happens with Complete Monster and The Scrappy quite a bit. Enough they get dedicated cleanup threads.

The proper reason for deleting it is that Better Than Canon applies to the Derivative Work, not the Parent Work. As such, the entry belongs to The Ninth Age, and not to either Age of Sigmar or old Warhammer.
