You are right, that is from Sesame Street. I remember seeing it on the Kids' Favorite Songs 2 tape. Skip to the time stamp 9:09

Around 2010, I saw this kids show playing on a TV. There was a heavy-set female park ranger with a green uniform, brown curly hair and bright red lipstick. She had a deep voice and was singing "The Ants Go Marching". The animation was 2D and in retrospect, she looked like a brunette version of Ranger Tabes from We Bare Bears. I'm pretty sure it might be some non-muppet short segment that appeared on Sesame Street but I'm not 100% on it.
