Doesn't have a page yet but "Immortality" from Future Fright Tales Of High Tech Terror by Don L. Wulffson?
- An evil teen boy named Chadwick abuses random slaves and his Butler. His mother was a scientist who invents an Immortality serum. She tells the boy about the serum and how anything injected with it cannot die at all. Not even from suffocation, shooting or poison. Naturally Chadwick sneaks into his mother's lab and injects himself with the serum and he becomes totally immortal. Towards the end of the story he gets into a fight with his abused Butler while a new building is being built. The Butler has enough of his abuse and punches him, knocking him out. Chadwick wakes up to find himself encased in the concrete of the building, unable to move, see or speak. He will never escape since an entire building has been placed on top of him. He will spend the rest of eternity trapped under a building and he can't even open his mouth to scream.

It was in a digest-size magazine. Other issues had Tell-Tale Heart, and a story bout the Beatles. But this story was about a woman who invented an immortality serum, only for it to be stolen by her teenage son, who (after taking it) fell into a pothole, which was then filled with concrete, leading to an "and I must scream" ending.
