The mission to identify this show has been annoying me for about 6 or 7 years now. It was essentially a stop-motion animation involving vehicles from a children's carousel which fall off a truck or a train during a storm whilst being transported. I remember distinctly the image of them falling off the truck, down a hill and into a valley and the voices might have been...British? But they could also have been American. The episodes usually involved finding someone, or fixing a problem caused by the storm if I recall correctly. Other than that, I can't remember much other than the fact that I watched it many many times as a child.
This reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/tipofmytongue/comments/3v821g/tomtvhstvshow_90s_childrens_show_anthropomorphic/)
is describing exactly the show I am talking about, but no one has managed to work out what it is and I can't find it mentioned anywhere on the internet. Any help would be appreciated.
