I believe that as this is an English-language wiki, we prefer using English terms over their Japanese equivalents. The average reader is not going to know what "seiyuu" means... in fact, there's a fair number of anime fans who won't either.

I agree: unless the Japanese (or Korean, or French, of Fanspeak...) term is well established in mainstream usage ("Otaku" may fall in that category) or there is no English term that quite captures the meaning of the term, we should write in English.
