2nd is Lina and Gourry from Slayers. 9th is......Aoshi? I think thats his name but he's from Rurouni Kenshin.

Not the OP, but where does the very top one (with the dialogue "People die when they are killed") come from.

^^ That line is basically a meme at this point. It's a really bad translation. The line is a joke on a japanese idiom that "That guy is so tough he wouldn't die if he were killed", but the humor doesn't translate at all. What he's trying to say is "I don't care how tough that guy is, he's going down."
