Yes, the sugar/darth wiki rule takes precedence over the YMMV rule. The banner is a generic banner placed on all YMMV pages. The exception only applies to works/tropes that are not otherwise banned from YMMV.

Edit: HOWEVER, it is customary to put sugar and darth stuff on YMMV if there is not enough content to go on a separate page. this is an unresolved issue.

Do any moderators have an opinion either way?

The Moments can be listed on YMMV pages, and they usually are. Other items are questionable.

The one that prompted this question is usage of He Really Can Act. Beyond that, the only two I see regularly are Visual Effects Of Awesome and Most Wonderful Sound.

^^ Does Awesome Music count as part of "the Moments"?

I was under the impression that Sugar Wiki items are fine on the YMMV page if there's only like 1 example, otherwise you dump them onto into their own subpage.

^^ It's been my understanding that Awesome Music does count as one of the "moments"; for one, like most of those pages, it once had the "crowning" adjective attached to it.
