"i want to say it was possibly on the kids wb in the early 2000's, because i know that it wasn't on cartoon network or nickelodeon "
same vein iirc, but definitely had to predate secret saturdays by what, 7 or 8 years? the protagonists of the show i'm talkng about were, as i remember, all adults, and the tone was much darker (both literally and metaphorically) than anything cartoon network had out at the time.

aight, so i was doing research on cryptids and an old show popped into my head. now, i'd never seen the darn thing but i remember that, like so many others, it had several internet games hosted by the channel on it's main site; i want to say it was possibly on the kids wb in the early 2000's, because i know that it wasn't on cartoon network or nickelodeon; i watched the latter two all the time and it never showed up. in any case, the show revolved around a core team of people trying to seek out the unknown; one of the games i distinctly remember had a mechanic where you had to constantly dodge a (very dangerous version of) the mokele mbembe. another had a mansion and a locket, and a never ending series of halls; if you had your character proceed down the hall, the others left behind in a main room would constantly age until god knows what happened to them. there was also a game set at stonehenge, though i'm unable to remember exactly what happened in that game; i believe that the stonehenge gates may or may not have been gates to other worlds or doors to other places in the world or something in that sort of vein; some sort of runic rock macguffin may have been used to activate them. in any case, i've taken a look both here and on The Other Wiki and haven't seen anything that's caught my eye, hoping one of you other blokes might havve an idea about what i'm talking about.
