ComicBook.Deadpool

I don't know if it was evaluated for worthiness to stay self-demonstrating, but he definitely has a distinct voice, no question.

The SelfDemonstrating.Deadpool page can stay. The style creeping out to other pages needs to be rolled back.

^I actually think it's appropriate in this specific instance, although it might set a bad precedent.

I see absolutely no reason why it is any more appropriate in this case than any other to have the self-demonstration extend beyond the self-demonstrating page. Yes, Deadpool is well-known for Breaking the Fourth Wall, but the idea that he is so uniquely well-known for it as to get a pass from how the site is normally written doesn't sit well with me.

Yeah, I'm not seriously trying to push for it.

It was written somewhere that Deadpool was the first self-demonstrating page, but other people missed the point (that he's aware of his own medium, and so can talk about him being a chracter) and started making first-person pages for other characters.

Out of morbid curiosity: how would one even go about fixing the Awesome/Funny/Etc. pages? Just change everything from first to third person even though making huge changes to other people's posts on audience reaction pages is kind of bad form?

Should this issue be dropped into one of the cleanup forums? Even though I'm the one who brought it up, I can't really fix it since literally all I know about Deadpool is "he has a special relationship with the fourth wall." Also, my dislike of all things self demonstrating makes me the exact opposite of unbiased.

Formatting / structure changes are OK even on YMMV pages.
