These are both video games I played in elementary school about 20 years ago. They were Apple II or similar level of quality games.
1. You were launching paper airplanes down a school hallway. The airplanes were launched off a ramp with a rubber band, and you could change things like the design of the airplane, angle of the ramp, and length of the rubber band to get different flight distances, and you needed to find a combination of settings that would get the paper airplane to land in the target area.
2. This guy is delivering pizza, I think, and there's a bunch of obstacles in his way. You need to set up wires and pulleys and such to lift walls or raise platforms to get him from one side of the screen to the other to deliver that pizza.
