This is a good place to report it. Which page is it?

Bleak World. The troper who wrote down most of the entry has the creator's last name in their troper name. The website has no links for downloads, no art, and has a large link for a Patreon. Searching for the game on Google brings up the tvtropes page and a reddit page asking how to download the game.

The download link aside, that looks like a proper work page.

But if the game is unavailable to the public, should it be on the main wiki instead of Unpublished Works in Darth?

I'm not sure whether it goes in Darth, but the YMMV page definitely doesn't belong and I am cutlisting it now. Creators shouldn't mess with their own works' YMMV pages.

Wait, in what way is it "unavailable to the public?" I see a public, free, legal download link right there.

I'm referring to Lokie Lug's second post.

"The website has no links for downloads, no art, and has a large link for a Patreon. Searching for the game on Google brings up the tvtropes page and a reddit page asking how to download the game."

If there's a link to the website, but you can't download the actual game, then it's effectively unpublished. If there's no data anywhere on the net about it, you can't check tropes or gather information.

Okay, I was confused. I checked out the site again and while there are two things there marked "downloads" they aren't actually links and can't actually be clicked on.

In fact it seems the only working link on that site is the "Products" button, which still does not contain any download links... I would try getting in touch with the author, but I don't see any contact info.

We have multiple work pages for works that are unreleased or unpublished. There is a work page for The Day the Clown Cried. We also have The Burning of Red Lotus Temple, which is a lost film.

This is what happens when you have a There Is No Such Thing As Notability policy.

It seems in this case the work WAS published and released, but then the links to download it... broke.

I mean, the site talks about him making changes based on audience feedback, so clearly it was released at some point, it's just not available now.
