It's early, but my head hurts just trying to make sense of that.

I don't think murderous rampage = Yandere unless there's some sense of "doing it for love"

I'm not familiar with the source material, but based on the description given, I don't see Yandere being applicable. That trope is specifically and solely about cases where a character's insane actions are motivated by love - removing perceived obstacles to their love, for instance, or ensuring that their loved one won't/can't leave them, etc.

In your example, both girls seem to be lashing out in anger over what they see as an injustice done to them. I could see a case for Yandere if, say, the clone girl killed the original girl out of the desire to replace her in the affections of her parents and become part of a loving family, or something of that nature, but the murder of the parents speaks of rage rather than insane love.

Yandere is sweet outside. I don't see anything sweet in the example you listed.
