The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at the Trope Launch Pad.
It's early, but my head hurts just trying to make sense of that.
I don't think murderous rampage = Yandere unless there's some sense of "doing it for love"
I'm not familiar with the source material, but based on the description given, I don't see Yandere being applicable. That trope is specifically and solely about cases where a character's insane actions are motivated by love - removing perceived obstacles to their love, for instance, or ensuring that their loved one won't/can't leave them, etc.
In your example, both girls seem to be lashing out in anger over what they see as an injustice done to them. I could see a case for Yandere if, say, the clone girl killed the original girl out of the desire to replace her in the affections of her parents and become part of a loving family, or something of that nature, but the murder of the parents speaks of rage rather than insane love.

Okay as a Spoiler Hound without a Vita I might as well look up spoilers for Vita games I'm interested. and one of them is htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary. the true endingnote is the spirit of the protagonist, actually a clone of a little girl, takes revenge by killing the original girl (whose spirit possesses the clone's body and removes the clone's spirit in the process) and her parents. Related is a piece of backstory showing the original girl also killing her parents after realizing that she was replaced by clones after she died (if you kinda guessed already the little girl is also a ghost
I'm asking if Yandere is flexible enough to cover Familial cases (Storge) like this?
