Not really, but thanks for your help. I've settled for an averted Egopolis, where even though his name is the same as his ruling country, the latter was already named so since its first ruler.

I think you mean inverted, since "averted" means the trope is not present at all. For most tropes, aversions are not noteworthy and so should not appear in example list. For an aversion to be noteworthy, the trope must be one that is present in the vast majority of works in a given genre or medium.

Also, as SetsunasaNiWa noted, it wouldn't be a trope at all, inverted or otherwise, if the likeness in name is just a coincidence. For it to be a trope, the likeness would have to be a plot point or otherwise serve some narrative purpose.
