Go right ahead. Tropers.James Lee Mc Kigney is your little space. It works like any other page except only you can edit it.

If you have a Let's Play series then you might be able to get away with a WebVideo/ page, in fact.

LetsPlay/ actually.

Just be sure not to do anything in YMMV. If I recall correctly, creators may trope their own work, but only objective tropes, not YMMV tropes and audience reactions.

Well, it's because you're not the audience.

Like, when I made my first game, (using "made" loosely, I never released it) there was one character I had who I was SURE was going to be everyone's favorite. If I'd made a page for the game I might have wanted to call him the Ensemble Darkhorse.

Yet then when I had people playtest the game for me and asked them which characters were their favorites NO ONE said it was him.

Other people do it too. Just take a look at Stryker from Mortal Kombat, who was made obscenely overpowered by the devs because they were convinced everyone would want to play as him, but no one ever did.

That's why creators aren't allowed to make or edit YMMV/ pages for their own works: because you honestly CAN NOT fairly judge how the audience will react to your game.
