Well, it is adding a second-level bullet where none is needed to respond in a conversational tone.

To clarify, it's very much the conversational nature of the entry that made me interpret it as natter, rather than me having an issue with a second bullet point (otherwise, I'd have rearranged the example with an Example Indentation reason).

It's not Natter, but it's a violation of Example Indentation.

Okay, thanks for the responses. I've reworded the example to clear up the example indentation.
