Without reading the example in question and going entirely by your description, it definitely sounds nukable to me.

Yes. Funny Moments and Awesome Moments function like any other example in the sense that they are supposed to be based on the work in question, not works derived from or related to it.

Cool, wanted to get an opinion without citing the exact example.

For context, the example is on Adventure Time, in the Season 4 episode "Burning Low". The example is:

If the example were legit, I'd be satisfied with that context, even though it relies heavily on the weblink; without clicking on the link, but being familiar with Gender Flip and both episodes mentioned, I have a good idea of what the example is.

The real problem is that it's simply not a CMoF for this episode.

Two opinions is good enough for me, especially since one is a mod. Nuking.

I'm not arguing the nuking because that completely seems like the right move. Just pointing out that Natasha Allegri is an actual artist on the show, so I wouldn't precisely call her a fan artist. Not that it makes the stuff she does in her spare time and posts to her blog canon either.

Oops. I did not know that. But yeah, this question is more about the work itself than the artist; if Pen Ward himself had done a similar work I wouldn't exactly call it "fan work", but the fact remains that it's not a part of that actual episode, e.g., that actual work.

I think you could put that in a "Meta" section at best, considering it's made by someone involved in the show.
